I am a firm believer that exercise can and should be as fun as possible.

Keeping motivation is key and through my experience the best way to achieve that is variation.

I feel fortunate that sport was introduced to me from a very young age. My background involves a mixture of gymnastics, Rock climbing, Mountain biking and fell running. I began to introduce gym work to strengthen me for some of these sports and through that I discovered a passion for resistance training.

I have so much energy and enthusiasm for all my sports, teaming this with a deep interest in people made Personal Training seem a natural move. I want to try and engage others with the enjoyment and well being that can be gained so positively from being more physically active.

Through my sessions I try to involve many different disciplines from circuits, boxing, cardio, resistance training and weather permitting, using the outdoors!

Whether it be weight loss, toning, or general improvements in physical fitness and mental well-being, each session will be designed to progress you through various exercises to help you reach your goals.

My sessions are always planned and relative, they are tailored to challenge your body in a positive and rewarding way!

My current passion lies in triathlons (swimming, cycling and running), squash, athletics as well as many other outdoor sports.

In my youth I competed to a high level in both squash (3rd in Cyprus) and athletics (Welsh Pentathlete). This experience has developed a strong understanding of both discipline and drive through physical activity.

This drive and determination has always been of importance to me and I have subsequently developed a broad knowledge of many different sports. I believe this has enabled me to develop a variety of different training principles through my personal training sessions.

Variety is the key in my workouts. This is essential as it shocks the body as well as providing a fresh feel to each and every workout.

Each workout is planned to suit you and monthly measurements are taken on demand to keep you motivated every step of the way!

Past clients I have trained include Welsh Netball and Tennis players as well as people who just want general fitness and the motivation to get fit!
